The simple answer is they are not permitted!
Sheds, Shacks, Barns, outbuildings, or any other temporary building are prohibited by Article VI section 12. Yes, This does include the Rubbermaid Vertical Storage Sheds.
Why Not change the Bylaws?
The primary reason the bylaws will not be changed is that a large percentage of the Units in Arbor Farms exceed the townships coverage limit of 22.59%. (source: Planning Commission Meeting 8/5/2021). While these homes were lots were granted an exemption for the existing structures, they will not be able to obtain the necessary permits to construct a shed. It is only fair to keep the rule in effect for all units. This also has the added benefit not attracting nuisance animals such as racoons, skunks, possums, and groundhogs.
