Recreational and Commercial Vehicles

The following types of vehicles may not be parked in the driveway, stored on any lot (unless stored fully enclosed within an attached garage), or parked in the street of the Arbor Farms Community:

  • House Trailers
  • Commercial Vehicles (even if for personal use)
  • Boat Trailers
  • Boats
  • Campers
  • Recreational Vehicles (motorhomes)
  • Camping Trailers
  • Horse Trailers
  • Utility Trailers
  • Unregistered / “project” vehicles

Commercial vehicles and trucks shall not be parked in the Community except while making normal deliveries or pickups in the normal course of business.

Temporary exemptions of up to 48 hours can be made by contacting the HOA Board ahead of time. For example, if you need to park a camper in your driveway overnight to pack for a trip, or unload from a trip. The Board reserve the right to refuse and start the violation process if the temporary exemption process is overused.
