Investigation
The Board will go see the complaint and determine if it’s a violation of the Bylaws.
Citation
If there has been a violation of the Bylaws, the Board will issue a citation to the homeowner detailing which rules are in violation, what the expected remedy is, and the timeframe for compliance.
Follow-Up
The Board will follow-up on citations to ensure that steps are being taken by the homeowner to be in compliance.
Penalty
If progress is not being made or the homeowner refuses to comply with the Bylaws, the Board will issue fines to the homeowner as penalty.
