The HOA Shed Policy document has been uploaded to the site. This Policy summarizes why sheds are not permitted in Arbor Farms.
The Bylaws are pretty involved and sometimes intentionally vague, as such the Board of Directors are empowered by the same Bylaws to create and managed rules and regulations to clarify vagueness, establish aesthetic standards, and modernized the interpretations as necessary. Each policy document indicates the sources the Board has used to establish the policy.
