The HOA Recreational and Commercial Vehicle Policy has been uploaded to the site. This Policy summarizes what types of vehicles are not permitted to be parked overnight or stored in Arbor Farms.
The Bylaws are pretty involved and sometimes intentionally vague, as such the Board of Directors are empowered by the same Bylaws to create and managed rules and regulations to clarify vagueness, establish aesthetic standards, and modernized the interpretations as necessary. Each policy document indicates the sources the Board has used to establish the policy.
