In order to make the bylaws readily searchable, we have made an HTML copy and posted them to to the site. While these are a valuable tool, for legal reasons one should always refer to the original scans to ensure typographical or spelling changes have not occurred and more importantly did not alter the meaning.
Please let the Board know if an error has indeed slip through the time and effort they spent trying to ensure the copy was accurate. keep in mind sometimes the spelling errors or odd word choices are actually in the original document!
